At Amici School of Dance our priority is to create a happy environment where pupils can develop their love for dance. We accept boys and girls from the age of 2 to 18 years of age. We have a wide variety of classes to choose from such as a fairy based ballet class which are especially designed for children aged 2 to 4 years of age with our very own homemade fairy garden. Once they have turned 5 each pupil will move onto the IDTA syllabus which is a leading dance and examination board. The IDTA is a recognised awarding organisation by the national qualifications regulators in England, Wales and worldwide. The IDTA has created syllabuses in Ballet, Freestyle, Gymnastic dance, Modern Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap and Theatre craft, we also offer training in Classical Greek which depicts all the Greek myths and legends. At Amici School of Dance we teach all these Theatre dance subjects to a high standard whilst in a fun friendly environment. Amici School of Dance has gained excellent results in IDTA examinations, pupils take part in regular dance competitions and every other year the school holds a show for all the parents.
